D&P Industrial Water Preparation Systems reduce water hardness before it enters production, dosing, cleaning or distribution systems.
By removing calcium and magnesium, the systems help prevent scale deposits, improve process stability and protect pumps, valves, pipelines, nozzles, heat exchangers and other sensitive equipment.
Suitable for applications in metalworking, fertigation and livestock farming.
How It Works
The system uses ion-exchange resin to replace hardness-forming calcium and magnesium ions with sodium ions.
When the resin reaches its operating capacity, an automatic regeneration cycle restores its softening performance using a brine solution.
