Liquid Trasfer - IBC/tote

Reliable fluid transfer directly from IBC containers

D&P Group IBC Liquid Transfer Systems are designed for the controlled transfer and dispensing of oils and compatible industrial fluids directly from Intermediate Bulk Containers.

Each system is installed on a robust stainless-steel mounting bracket and integrates the pump, transfer connections and dispensing gun into a compact, ready-to-use solution.

Available in different flow rates, operating pressures and power supplies, the range can be configured according to the fluid characteristics, required transfer speed and installation standards.

Available flow rates: 10.5, 15, 34 and 60 L/min
Available power supplies: 110 V, 230 V and 400 V
Maximum operating pressure: up to 50 bar

Controlled transfer. Cleaner operations.

IBC Liquid Transfer Systems simplify the movement of industrial fluids from bulk containers to machines, tanks, drums or distribution circuits.

The integrated stainless-steel bracket allows the unit to be installed directly on the IBC structure, keeping the pump and dispensing components properly supported and accessible. This reduces the need for improvised transfer equipment, improves workplace organization and helps limit spills and product waste.

Direct IBC installation

The stainless-steel mounting bracket provides a compact and stable installation directly on the IBC container.

Multiple flow-rate options

Configurations from 10.5 to 60 L/min allow the transfer performance to be matched to the application and fluid characteristics.

Controlled dispensing

Systems are available with either a standard dispensing gun or a metered dispensing gun for monitoring the transferred quantity.

Industrial construction

Components are selected for continuous use in industrial environments and for reliable transfer under different operating conditions.

International power supplies

Available configurations include 110 V 60 Hz, 230 V 50 Hz and 400 V 50 Hz, depending on the selected model.

Reduced waste and handling time

Direct fluid transfer helps reduce manual handling, accidental spills and unnecessary product losses.

D&P Group IBC Transfer Systems can be used for:

  • Transfer of neat oils and lubricants

  • Machine-tool reservoir filling

  • Hydraulic-unit replenishment

  • Transfer from IBCs to drums or intermediate tanks

  • Centralized lubricant-distribution systems

  • Maintenance and industrial fluid-management operations

  • Controlled dispensing of compatible industrial liquids

Fluid compatibility, viscosity and required flow rate must be verified before selecting the final pump configuration.
